A. While we will attempt to hold our prices to what appear in this catalog, we must reserve the right to change the prices should the manufactures or suppliers impose a price change. Payment is due with your order. We do not ship C.O.D. Please do not send cash. A check or money order can accompany your order. If you choose to pay by credit card, please include the credit card number, expiration date, type of card and cardholders name and billing address on the order form. Please also include the three or four digit identifier appearing on the rear of most cards and on the front of American Express Cards. The cardholder needs to also sign the bottom of the order. A telephone number where you can be reached, with the best times to reach you, should also be placed on the order form. You may place a credit card order of $25.00 or more on the telephone.
B. Should you choose to pay by check, your order will be held for a period of five calendar days from its receipt to allow for the processing of the check. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 service fee.
C. We would be happy to accept your order by telephone. You may call our toll free number 1.888.889.0004 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am to 3:00PM EST, Saturdays to place your order. Please have your catalog handy when phoning in an order. We are sorry but all phone orders must be placed using a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You may also fax your orders at anytime to 1.877.526.8889 or e-mail your order 24 hours a day, seven days a week to info@WSHunter. com. Note that this is not a secure connection. We would prefer faxed orders to be on the enclosed Order Form. Please include your telephone number on the faxed or e-mailed order and indicate the hours when you can best be reached in the event we have any questions.
D. United Parcel Service visits our shop daily. Items in stock will be shipped the same day if the order is received before 3:00 pm, weekends not included. We have found UPS to be very reliable and your package will usually arrive within 2-5 days of shipping depending on where you live. If you need quicker delivery, please let us know. For overnight delivery we recommend that you phone in your order to find out whether all of the items are in stock.
E. Should you wish to return any item after you have received it, please phone us for a return authorization code. You may return any unused item for any reason for a full refund within 21 days of the date it was shipped from our shop. Any return after the 21 day time frame may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to reject any returned item after its inspection.
Not all items in our shop appear in the catalog. We have many other items in the shop that are too numerous to list. If there is an item you are looking for but did not see in the catalog, just give us a call. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by. Outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and foreign destinations You will be charged the actual cost of shipping and insurance. We can ship via UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post. We will let you select the method of shipping. However, if you do not specify the mode of shipping, we will ship UPS Air or Air Parcel Post and charge you for the actual costs. Custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
*Purchasers of Bogdan Reel and of all used/previously-fished equipment will be charged the actual costs of shipping and insurance. A $10.00 shipping charge will be added for each rod ordered.
